Shipping FAQ

GENERAL

Most orders are mailed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Exceptions apply if a product is on back-order, which will be duly noted on the product page.

As soon as we process an order in our warehouse, we generate a tracking number. When this number is created, it will show up under the specific order in your account screen located [here].
Please keep in mind, there will be a delay up to 2 business days between generation of tracking number and when the carrier registers the package in the system.

Most domestic orders are fulfilled within 72 hours from order receipt. Add an additional 2-5 business days to account for transit to your mailbox.
If your order still seems to be hung up at any point in the process, please reach out to one of our customer service reps and we will help track down the issue.

INTERNATIONAL/WORLD

We do not guarantee duty-free clearance at your customs/point of entry, and we also do not insure against loss or seizure. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Before ordering, check with your country’s customs department to verify if the items in your order are legal for import, and, if so, if there is a limit to how much you can import per shipment (some counties get VERY expensive if total value exceeds a certain amount).

We can ship to ANY COUNTRY in the world except the following countries:

  • Sudan

We ship via DHL.
